- Project Work Sec 1 – Creating Nutrition Games in groups of fours. Students brainstorm and create Nutrition Games for their peers as a fun way to review nutrition topics learnt.
- Sec 2 – Breakfast Dish using Batter in pairs. Students were tasked to use ‘My Healthy Plate’ as a nutritional tool to create healthy and attractive breakfast dish using either thin or thick batter for young children. Peer-evaluation and self-evaluation in the form of reflection logs helped students identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Exchange Programme: A group of Sec 2 FCE students led their buddies from various schools in Hong Kong in preparing and making of local dessert, Coconut Crepes or locally known as Kueh Dadar
- Learning Journey for Sec 3 F&N students. Sec 3 students embarked on a Learning Journey to Kampung Glam to discover the vibrant food scene available there. The learning journey showed the diversity and richness of Singapore Food Culture.
- Appreciation Day FCE students decorated and presented a sewn pouch to a person who has touched their lives to show their appreciation to them.
