Twelve students from the Secondary Three Normal (Technical) class completed the Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures Course conducted by Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre (SHATEC). The students learned about the importance of the various aspects of food hygiene and the use of safe ingredients. They how to handle and store food safely and how to ensure the cleanliness of utensils, equipment and proper use of storage areas.
