Unit Overall Proficiency Achievement (UOPA) Distinction for 2023
Foong Rui Tong Xandra and Izzan Syahmi Bin Muhammad Bahauddin were awarded the SCDF-NCDCC Pinnacle Award, in recognition of their exceptional leadership qualities and extensive contributions to West Spring and HQ NCDCC at the national level, the highest accolade that a cadet may receive in the uniform group.
