Student Leadership Programme

In West Spring, we believe that every child has the potential to be a leader. With TLC (Take Charge, Lead by Example & Communicate Effectively) as our leadership model, we have a tiered program to develop our West Spring ladies and gentlemen to be caring, responsible, respectful and resilient leaders. Students can look forward to take up leadership positions in the student council, their CCAs and their classes. There will be platforms and opportunities for them to organise events such as Teachers’ Day and Student Investiture as well as to lead their peers in competitions.

There are various leadership programmes and opportunities for our students to benefit from. At secondary 1, every student will be going through three leadership modules, each focusing on one of the three leadership principles in our leadership model. Secondary 2 students can look forward to undergo a student leadership training and a leadership day camp, where they get to apply their leadership skills. Secondary 3 students will have the opportunity to take up leadership positions in the student council and CCAs to lead the rest of the student body.

With ample leadership development programmes and opportunities, we believe that every West Spring student is a student leader!
